  1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper. Stir in the spinach until well combined.
  3. Spread about 1 cup of marinara sauce evenly over the bottom of a 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) baking dish.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with a generous spoonful of the spinach and ricotta mixture, and place the shells in the baking dish.
  5. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, then sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
