  2. Place the wrapper on a clean, flat surface. In the center, layer a small amount of salad greens, mint, cilantro, basil, red bell pepper, cucumber, and two shrimp.
  3. Fold the bottom of the wrapper up over the filling, followed by the sides, and then roll it up tightly.
  4. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling ingredients.
  5. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
